My first contact with Mark Henderson and MH Optical Services was in May 2013 when we were restoring a mobile vision lab owned previously by the Remote Area Medical Corp. Even though he didn’t know me from Adam he spent close to an hour helping a technician trouble shoot a problem with a National Optronic Horizon 3 edger.
He refurbished two Horizon 3’s and they worked like new. In 2016 our group decided to upgrade our edgers. We found 3 Optronics 7E’s which needed to be refurbished. Mark refurbished/rebuilt all three which saved us approximately $25,000 over the cost of purchasing one already refurbished. All 3 work like new. He has also refurbished 2 Optronics 4T Tracers for us.
Over the last five years I have called Mark many times to solve problems with our National Optronics equipment. He is always ready to help and takes as much time that is needed to solve whatever problem that I have.
